Woodstock Public House aims to serve upscale food in a comfortable atmosphere. Judging by bustling lunch and dinner hours, our aim is good.

Nearly all menu items are from scratch. We order out our breads and some salad dressings, but all seven daily soups, along with items on sandwich, entree and dessert menus, are made fresh daily.

Diners are especially fond of our soups. The daily menu includes six regular soups and one or two specials, which are more seasonal.

   

Lunch can be as light as soup and a sandwich or soup and a salad, it can also be fancier, with a richer entree like gorgonzola-stuffed gnocchi or halibut served with chipotle cream sauce.

We recommend the seafood diablo which is Gulf shrimp, lump crab and lobster tail sautéed in a spicy tomato sauce and served over capellini.

If you're in the mood for drinks and appetizers, the Public House has room in the bar area, which includes ample casual seating in a comfortable atmosphere.
